We cordially invite you to the closing event of the exhibition ECHT JETZT. German Youth Photo Award 2026.
AND NOW?
After eight weeks, the exhibition ECHT JETZT is coming to a close at KIT in Düsseldorf. We’ve seen, talked, and reflected. November 15 will be a special day of action to continue and sustain the conversation about photography, the canon, and participation. AND NOW? explores social responsibility in photography: Which issues affecting young people become more visible through photography—and which remain invisible? What roles do competitions, exhibitions, and cultural education play in this context?
We’re responding with a dialogue-based discussion format, featuring a talk with experts on the topic and performances by spoken-word artists.
